When relocating to a new town, you may have an overwhelming amount of things on your mind: a different job, different schools, a different church, different daily routines, and of course, finding a new place for your family to live. At Fenton Real Estate, we understand this, and we are experts in relocation. We have a long history of finding buyers the right home by following a refined process guaranteed to speed up your search.

When most buyers go into home search mode - they may come up with 50+ listings to see. Naturally, that's too many properties to see first hand if you're limited on time! We will help you to narrow your search down to a couple dozen houses, with these things in mind:

• Before leaving town, arrange your needs into one list. Then put your wants in another. If a home doesn't even meet your needs, there's no need to even spend time looking at it.
• Have an established price range. This could be based on mortgage or a conservative estimate of how much you'll get from selling your present home.
• Consider drive time to work or other interests. Traffic around California could be different than what you're accustomed to, so let us know how much time you're ready to spend traveling each day.

Before we meet in person, we could send you many listings for possible homes. Or you might already have some strong possibilities culled from your own research. While virtual tours and photos are helpful, there's nothing like visiting homes in person.  We can arrange any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. We could visit up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day with the proper planning.
